Shipping policy
1. General Policy Principle

All shipments must comply with local customs, environmental laws and tax regulations of Europe and the United States.

All shipping documents must be consistent in product name, HS code, weight, quantity and declared value.

No under-declaration, false declaration or split shipment for tax avoidance.

All cargo must be traceable with complete shipping records and signed delivery proof.
-
EPR, carbon emission and product certification must be completed before shipment.
2. European Union Logistics Regulations
2.1 Customs Clearance Rule

ENS 2.0 declaration must be submitted 24 hours before cargo arrival.

IOSS number is mandatory for all EU cross-border parcels.

Accurate product description is required; vague words such as “clothing” are prohibited.

Customs inspection requires product photos, packaging photos and label photos.
2.2 Tax & Duty Rule (Updated 2026)

EU abolished the €150 duty-free exemption for all imported goods.

All goods are subject to VAT and official tariff.

Warehouse delivery is prioritized to reduce customs clearance risks and tax costs.
2.3 Environmental Compliance (Mandatory)

Valid Packaging EPR, Battery EPR and WEEE registration are compulsory.

CBAM carbon footprint report is required for industrial and bulk goods.

Disposable plastic packaging is strictly banned.

Non-recyclable packaging will be fined by local customs.
2.4 Shipping & Delivery Standard

Air freight: 24–48 hours for urgent high-value goods.

Rail freight: 12–18 days for bulk cargo with low carbon emission.

Local last-mile delivery uses DHL, DPD and GLS.

7-day return policy must be supported; overseas warehouse return processing is preferred.
3. United States Logistics Regulations
3.1 Customs Clearance Rule

ISF (10+2) declaration must be submitted 48 hours before vessel loading.

All electronic products must provide FCC certification.

Cosmetics and food products require FDA registration.

USA canceled the $800 de minimis tax exemption; all goods are fully taxed.
3.2 Shipping & Warehouse Standard

Air freight: 3–5 days via LAX / JFK airport.

Sea freight: 12–18 days via LA/LB port.

Domestic delivery uses UPS, FedEx and USPS.
-
Three overseas warehouses (West / Central / East USA) for fast nationwide delivery.
4. Shipment Packaging & Labeling Standard

Outer carton must be solid, moisture-proof and collision-resistant.

Each carton must show HS code, EPR/IOSS number, gross weight and shipment mark.

Each single item must have clear shipping barcode and receiver information.

Hazardous goods must provide MSDS and UN38.3 documents.
5. Risk Control & Prohibited Operation
5.1 Risk Control

Overseas warehouse mode is recommended to avoid customs detention.

Full cargo insurance is required for air and sea transportation.

All delivery proofs (POD) must be kept for more than 2 years.

Abnormal shipments must be processed within 24 hours.
5.2 Strictly Prohibited

No counterfeit, dangerous, liquid, powder and prohibited items.

No false packaging, hidden goods or modified commodity information.

No tax evasion by splitting shipments.
-
No shipment without complete certification and compliance documents.
6. Effective Date
This logistics policy officially takes effect on May 08, 2026. The company reserves the right to update and adjust the policy according to local official laws.
